This woman complained of a slight eyelid excess. She had a small roll of excess upper eyelid skin. After the upper eyelid surgery, she also had Restylane injected into the under eye hollow (tear trough).
Note the heaviness of the upper eyelids and puffiness of the lower eyelids creating a tired appearance. Special techniques are used to avoid the common mistake of producing a feminized operated on appearance.
Patient requested revision surgery for blepharoplasty performed elsewhere. Note over operated look with lower eyelid retraction and scleral show( white part of eye is visible under pupil because the lower eyelid has been pulled down. Residual puffiness persists.
