This is a 54-year old woman who underwent an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. Her upper lid blepharoplasty was acheived with skin and fat excision. The lower lids were achieved through a transconjunctival excision of fat and a tightening of the skin and muscle.
Note: The overall improvement of the perioral area.
This is a 39-year old female with complaints of fullness of the lower eyelids and sagging of the upper eyelids. She underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty and a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty. The incision is on the inside of the eyelid. In addition, she had laser resurfacing of the lower eyelids to tighten up the skin.
