This 68 year-old male from Indianapolis Indiana wanted to improve the shape of his chest for the upcoming summer. He was bothered by his 'man boobs' that drooped and sagged. Dr. Barry Eppley, Indianapolis plastic surgeon, performed Smartlpo of his chest and up into his armpit area to get rid of excessive fat and breast tissue. He was offered a periareolar mastopexy (breast lift) as an addition but he didn't want the scar around the nipple. While he had some noticeable improvement, his remaining loose skin prevented him from having an even better result.
