This 28 year-old Asian female from Indianapolis Indiana wanted enlargemnent of her naturally small breasts. Because of her ethnicity, there were two concerns. She didn't want to be too big and she didn't want any scars on her breast because of the risk of hyperpigmentation. As a result, Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a transaxillary saline breast augmentation that did not make her look out of proportion and placed the small scar inside her armpit.
