This 35 year-old male from Chicago Illinois wanted something done to improve his 'lack of a chin'. While the underlying problem was a very short lower jaw, he did not want to go through orthodontics and orthognathic surgery for correction which would have been the most ideal. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed chin augmentation as an alternative using a combined bony chin repositioning with an implant on top. (extreme chin augmentation)
