This 54 year-old female from Bloomington Indiana had trouble breathing through her nose as a result of middle vault collapse from an old nasal injury. Dr. Barry Eppley performed a combination of a reconstructive rhinoplasty (middle vault spreader grafts) and augmentation rhinoplasty (dorsal augmentation). These combined rhinoplasty operations not only improved her breathing but gave her nose an improved appearance.
