This 34 year-old female from Noblesville Indiana had a short chin that she wanted brought forward. She was also bothered by the dimpling in her chin which was worse when she smiled. This is known as mentalis muscle strain. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed augmentation with a chin implant. Notice how her mentalis strain was also eliminated after chin augmentation as the muscle was brought forward also with the implant.
