This 16 year-old female from Bloomington Indiana wanted enhancement of her 'weak' chin. Because she was so young and needed both horizontal and vertical lengthening, Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a chin osteotomy (bony chin advancement)to improve her lower facial balance. This was done from inside the mouth.
