This 21 year-old male from Indianapolis Indiana had a developmental deformity of a concave face due to an underdeveloped upper jaw and a severely overgrown lower jaw. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed facial reconstruction consisting of an upper jaw (LeFort) advancement and a lower jaw setback. This made his teeth fit together better and dramatically improved his facial appearance through better balance of his upper and lower face.
