This 24 year-old male from Indianapolis Indiana wanted to improve the loose tissue on the end and under his chin after a previously placed chin implant was removed. This is a classic example of what is known as a 'witch's chin' deformity and is the result of having the chin tissues being expanded by an implant and then the implant is removed. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a submental tuck-up procedure where the skin and muscle under the chin removed and tightened, re-securing it back down to the chin bone.
