This 22 year-old male from Fort Wayne Indiana had a very prominent and long chin which he wanted reduced. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a vertical chin reduction. Through an incision on the inside of the mouth, The chin bone was cut and reduced in length by removing a cnetral wedge of bone.
