This 58 year-old female from Indianapolis suffered from a nostril stenosis (scarring) from an injury as a child which blocked her breathing and made her nose look asymmetric. Dr. Barry Eplpey of Indianapolis Indiana performed a reconstructive rhinoplasty with an ear chondrocutaneous graft to the sill and cartilage grafts to the lower alar cartilage for upper expansion and support. This was done in combination with a tip rhinoplasty as well.
