This 15 year-old female from Indianapolis Indiana was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which her nose was fractured and pushed inward, giving her a saddle nose deformity. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed reconstructive rhinoplasty of her nose with multiple cartilage grafts to rebuild the bridge and tip of the nose.
