This 16 year-old female teenager from Indianapolis Indiana was born with a rare craniofacial deformity. (bilateral coronal craniosynostosis) As part of her deformity she had severe underdevelopment of her jaw and chin. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a jaw and chin bone advancement and neck liposuction to give her a better facial profile and appearance.
