This 16 year-old female from Indianapolis Indiana was born with a craniofacial syndrome of which the nose was undeveloped. To add structure and support to the nose, Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a rib graft to the nose to build up the bridge and tip and give a framework on which to shape the rest of the rhinoplasty around.
