This 35 year-old female from Kokomo Indiana had large breasts that gave her significant back, shoulder, and neck pain. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed an inferior pedicle breast reduction. This results in the classic anchor or inverted T scars which can be seen here. These scars will remain quite red for about 6 to 8 months after surgery when they will fade.
