This 24 year-old male from Fort Wayne Indiana had a small depressed skull area on his forehead after having had a neurosurgery procedure (craniotomy) from a motor vehicle accident. Given its small size (and a CT scan that confirmed it was an outer table defect only), Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed an injectable cranioplasty procedure with hydroxyapatite cement for contour restoration.
