This 16 year-old male teenager from Indianapolis Indiana was born with bilateral cleft lip and palate deformity. He developed the typical bilateral cleft nasal deformity with a flat and broad nose. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed an open rhinoplasty with a major objective of getting release of the tip of the nsoe from the lip.
