This 41 year-old male from South Bend Indiana had part of his ear bitten off ny a horse. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a two-stage ear reconstruction. the first stage was the creation of a postauricular skin flap. The second stage was flap release and creation of the helical rim.
