This 5 year-old male child from Muncie Indiana was bothered by his protruding ears. His parents wanted them corrected before he started formal schooling so he would not be teased. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana set back his ears through incisions on the back of them. Setback otoplasties produce a dramatic change from the back as well as from the front views.
