This 47 year-old female from Indianapolis Indiana desirec improvement in her frowning and tired eye appearance. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed an upper eyelid tuck (blepharoplasty) followed by immediate injection of Botox into the frowning muscles between the eyes.
