This 23 year-old male from Evanville Indiana wanted a more sculpted facial look. He had good cheek bones (and therefore did not need cheek implants) buit had an overall fuller face and neck. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a combination of neck liposuction and buccal fat removal (buccal lipectomies) to create a more defined facial look.
