This 42 year-old female from Anderson Indiana was bothered by her 'bags' under her eyes which was slowly getting worse. Because she did not have any extra lower eyelid skin, Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed a transconjunctival (inside the lower eyelid)fat removal. With this lower eyelid approach, a chemical peel can be safely done on the eyelid skin if there are some wrinklers that one would like to remove as well.
