This 23 year-old male from Lafayette Indiana sought reduction of his enlarged breasts. Because of their size and the firmness of the breast tissue, Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana performed an open excision combined with liposuction to remove the abnormal breast tissue and contour the chest to a more masculine appearance.
