This 24 year-old female from Fort Wayne Indiana was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. She was bothered by the small bump and wanted a more slim and uplifted nasal tip. Through an open rhinoplasty approach, Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis performed conservative removal and rearrangement of bone and cartilage to giver her the result that she wanted.
