This 35 year-old male from Fort Wayne Indiana presented with loss of a portion of his ear after being involved in a house fire. Reconstruction of his helical ear defect was done in two stages by Dr. Barry Eplpey of Indianapolis Indiana. The first stage was to bring new skin from the back of the ear and the second stage was to graft the missing cartilage and release the pedicled skin flap.
