This 42 year-old female from Terre Haute Indiana presented with a spontaneous rupture of previously placed saline breast implants. In consultation with Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis Indiana she opted for replacement with larger silicone gel breast implants to eliminate the risk of future breast implant deflation.
