This 26 year-old female from Indianapolis Indiana was unhappy with her broad nasal tip. She desired a more refined and narrow nasal tip. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis performed an open rhinoplasty and changed the shape and relationship of the lower cartilages which control the tip's shape.
