This 33 year-old female from Fort Wayne Indiana came in with deformed breasts from a previous subglandular saline breast augmentation through a periareolar approach She had low hanging unnaturally-shaped breasts with an enlarged areola. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis reduced the size of her implants, changed implant position to a submuscular plane, and reduced the size of her areolas.
