This 28 year-od female from Indianapolis sought improvement in the shape of her nose. She was dissatisfied with the long wide nasal tip that seemed to plunge downward. In consultation with Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis, a small hump reduction of the dorsal line and tip narrowing and shortening was done to put the nose into better balance. She was very pleased with the degree of subtle refinement and reshaping.
