This 35 year-old female from Lafayette Indiana wanted improvement in her saggy breast after breast feeding several children. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis reviewed her options and felt that the low position of her nipple and breast mound warranted a lift with her implant. A breast implant alone would only have her nipple pointing downward after the surgery. A combined vertical breast lift with implant placement was performed.
