This 42 year-old female from Richmond Indiana desired to get rid of her lower eye bags. Fullness of the lower eyelids, often worse in the morning, is the result of fat herniating out from under the eye. When there is not extra loose skin, Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis performs fat removal of the lower eyelids from inside the lower eyelid without an outer skin incision.
