This 40 year-old female from Zionsville Indiana sought smaller and more uplifted breasts. Breast reduction surgery is a combination of a breast lift with removal of some breast tissue. Usually done with what is known as an inferior pedicle technique, the whole goal of breast reduction is to lift and reduce the size of the breast while keeping the nipple alive. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis removes enough breast tissue to get a body proportionate reduction but not too much that may jeopardize having a live nipple after surgery.
