This 17 year-old male from Martinsville Indiana was embarrassed by the appearance of his chest. Male breast enlargement (gynecomastia) can be small or large. When the breast enlargement is small and mainly located around the nipple area, Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis performs the procedure by a direct excision through a lower areolar incision. The scar in this area heals well and is not noticeable after surgery.
