This 18 year-old patient from Danville Indiana consulted Dr. Barry Eppley of Indianapolis for enhancement of the midfacial area due to an underlying bone deficiency. She subsequently underwent an upper jaw advancement with cheek implants placed at the same time to bring the middle part of the face into better balance with the upper and lower face.
