Earlobe Reduction (Otoplasty) Before and After Pictures by Tom J. Pousti, MD, FACS

This 57 year old patient from Lakeside has been a patient of San Diego Plastic Surgeon Dr. Tom Pousti for many years. She first started coming for laser tattoo removal and then she had breast augmentation and later a breast lift. Finally, she decided to improve on the appearance of her earlobes. She felt that her earlobes were long and unattractive and wanted Dr. Pousti to shorten them and make them more attractive. She is 1 year and 2 months post-op ear lobe reduction and very pleased with her results.
