Very fit adult woman with minimal body fat. She had children and subsequent drooping with a hollow in the superior aspect of her breasts. This patient requested the largest tasteful contour that would fit her frame. She did not want to see a "ridge" on the top of her breasts that would create an unnatural appearance.
