This young woman from Florida had genetically predisposed area of localized excess fat despite being at her ideal body weight and working out strenuously. She was bothered by the excess bulging of the outer thighs, and also her inner thighs which rubbed together when she was running or jogging. Dr Dowden performed ultrasonic liposuction and tumescent liposuction for her, and her new contours are much more satisfactory for her. (39312)
