She was at her ideal body weight, yet the outer thigh areas refused to slim down. After Dr Dowden performed tumescent liposuction ('liposculpture') for her, she felt that her thighs were in line with the rest of her contours. Even if she were to gain weight in the future, which is unlikely, the benefits of liposuction for her proportions would remain. (2891-)
