This young man had developed breast enlargement at puberty, and it persisted into his early twenties. When it became apparent that his condition of gynecomastia would not correct itself, he asked Dr Dowden to perform correction for him. After the procedure, his contours are normal male contours. The small red spot near the underarm is the small scar through which the liposuction instruments were inserted, which eventually faded out. It is not likely that the condition will return. (2885-)
