When time and gravity cause relaxation of the forehead, the eyebrows descend which folds excess skin onto the upper eyelids. That causes a muscle reflex to raise the eyebrows, and that results in horizontal creases across the upper forehead. This woman was constantly told she appeared tired or worried, which actually was just due to the relaxed forehead.
