Many women are troubled by inherited excessive fat deposits of the outer and inner thighs, as was this woman. She had to wear clothing too large for her waist, in order to fit her thighs, and she disliked that there was no crease under the lateral buttocks. When doing sports that involved running, her inner thighs chafed together. After Dr Dowden performed liposuction, both tumescent and ultrasonic, she enjoyed the absence of those earlier problems.
