She had to wear clothing that was too large for her waist in order to fit to her thighs, and she disliked the fact that there was no crease under the buttock towards the outside. When doing sports that involved running, her inner thighs chafed together. After Dr Dowden performed liposuction, both tumescent and ultrasonic, she enjoyed the absence of those earlier problems.
