Although this woman from the northeastern part of Ohio disliked the fact that her left nipple was located in a high position ever since she was a child, what bothered her the most was the small breast size, made worse by a pregnancy. She was well aware of her stretch marks, and understood that little could be done for those. She requested that Dr Dowden perform transumbilical breast augmentation (through her navel - called the "TUBA" method) using saline-filled implants under the muscle to give her the shape she desired, and 350cc each side to give her the desired breast size. Even though it was not possible to relocate her high left nipple, her size is just what she wished for, and the stretch marks are actually a little less visible.
