Although this man had a small amount of extra fat of the abdomen, what bothered him most was the bulging fat at the sides and around towards the back, ie the "flank" areas. Dr Dowden performed both tumescent liposuction and ultrasonic liposuction for him. Afterwards his belt-line area is much smaller, and is not likely to ever enlarge again. (20543)
