Although this woman had some excess skin and fat of her abdomen, her main problem was the great stretch and relaxation of the abdominal muscles after pregnancies. Dr Dowden had her lose weight and then he performed an abdominoplasty for her, removing loose skin and excess fat, and cinching together and tightening her abdominal muscles, which greatly flattened her abdominal contour, and narrowed her waistline.
