This patient had very little excess fat, but had worked very diligently to get her weight down to the lower end of normal range, and kept herself in very good physical condition. Despite all that, she could not get rid of the slightly bulging fat deposits of the mid/lower abdomen. Dr Dowden performed tumescent liposuction and contouring of her abdomen. Even though the amount removed was small, it attained her objectives for her. (20218)
