Although she had only a small amount of excess eyelid skin, this patient was troubled by bulging of her lower lids, which made her appear tired when she was not. Dr Dowden performed a lower lid blepharoplasty ("eyelid lift") for her, which consisted primarily in the reduction and repositioning of the fat pads of her lower eyelids. (0681-)
