Patient was encouraged to lose 15 pounds prior to liposuction of the full abdomen, flanks, and back with extensive fat transfer in the buttocks. Patient then underwent physician-directed exercise for an additional 15 pound weight loss after the procedure. Patient had greatly improved shape after liposuction prior to 2nd weight loss efforts. After photos are post all weight loss. |

Details: Note abrasion at patient's right lower quadrant due to non-compliance with post-procedure compression garment. Once appropriate follow up was achieved, the area of concern began healing without any complications. Patient had no complaints. | |
