This is a 45-year old female who underwent an endoscopic eyebrow lift and an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. Her browlift was performed with an endoscope,which reduces the amount of incisions, scarring, hair loss, and numbness in the upper forehead. The upper eyelids were performed with a standard skin and muscle excision and the lower eyelid were performed through a transconjunctival approach through the inner eyelid. Note: The upper half of the face is opened with a much more youthful appearance.
