Female, 150 lbs, 5'4", Medium skin tone
This patient 10 years ago had saline implants placed under her muscles. She developed hard capsules and as a result of age, gravity and weight changes her breasts developed some drooping.
She had her saline implants replaced with silicone implants. The breast capsules were removed and she had a mastopexy.
